Judee is the heart of Sunbuilt Retrievers—equal parts sunshine, soul, and silly. With her rich golden coat and soulful eyes, she turns heads everywhere she goes, but it’s her temperament that makes her unforgettable.

Sweet-natured, deeply affectionate, and endlessly eager to connect, Judee has never met a stranger she didn’t want to charm. Her easygoing nature makes her a favorite around town, whether she’s lounging during coffee shop outings or confidently working through training in busy public places. But don’t be fooled—this girl has spunk. She’s agile, athletic, and loves nothing more than chasing the flirt pole or diving into the water for a game of dock retrieve.

Judee is a dream to train—intelligent, biddable, and food-motivated. Her incredible work ethic paired with her love of people made her the perfect foundation for our program’s goals. In her first litter, she produced five service dog prospects, all of whom are currently succeeding in professional training environments. Her puppies inherited her steady confidence, resilience, and willingness to engage with their world.

He’s a handsome boy with a classic blocky head, deep pigment, and keen skill, and he should pass on his drive to work to his puppies.

How Our Puppies Are Raised, Sunbuilt Style

Sunbuilt puppies are raised with purpose, passion, and evidence-based methods. As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (KSA), Sammye implements the most respected developmental protocols in the canine world. Every puppy is nurtured for resilience, confidence, and connection.

Our protocols include:

ENS & ESI (Early Neurological and Scent Stimulation)

Daily handling, problem-solving, and novelty exposure
Early crate conditioning, sound desensitization, and leash intro
Socialization with people, adult dogs, and new environments
